A growing list of states has banned intentionally-added PFAS in food packaging, including California, New York, Washington, Colorado, Maine and Minnesota. Bagasse tableware sold into these states must be able to prove it is PFAS-free. Our bagasse is a plastic-free, uncoated sugarcane fibre product and can be supplied with test evidence to support your compliance file.
